Dolly Varden Silver Corp.

Dolly Varden Silver Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on advancing its 100% held Kitsault Valley Project located in the southern tip of the Golden Triangle of BC, Canada. The 163 sq. km. project hosts the high-grade silver and gold resources of Dolly Varden and Homestake Ridge along with the past producing Dolly Varden and Torbrit silver mines. It is considered to be prospective for hosting further precious metal deposits, being on the same structural and stratigraphic belts that host numerous other, on-trend, high-grade deposits, such as Eskay Creek and Brucejack. The project also contains the Big Bulk property which is prospective for porphyry and skarn style copper and gold mineralization, similar to other such deposits in the region (Red Mountain, KSM, Red Chris). The project was formed on February 25, 2022 as a result of Dolly Varden Silver Corp.’s acquisition of the adjacent Homestake Ridge project from Fury Gold Mines Ltd. The combined project consolidates the highly mineralized Kitsault Valley Trend along with seven precious metal deposits thereby transitioning the Company’s 100% silver project to a project with 50/50 silver and gold resources measured by value.

L’équipe de direction et le conseil d’administration de la Société comptent des professionnels expérimentés de l’industrie minière et du milieu des fertilisants qui connaissent bien le marché nord-américain et international. Le projet du Lac à Paul est un projet de mine de phosphore localisé au Québec, Canada. Ce gisement, l’un des plus importants au pays, est composé de plusieurs dépôts de roches ignées riches en phosphore. À partir de ces roches il est possible d’obtenir par enrichissement un concentré de phosphore de très bonne qualité titrant environ 39% P2O5. (on TSX-V under the symbol, “DAN”) is a Canadian mineral exploration company now focused on developing its Lac à Paul resource into a major mine. The Company’s Management and Board are comprised of professionals from the mining and fertilizer industries, having significant experience with North American and international markets. . The Lac à Paul project is a phosphate rock mine project located in Québec, Canada. This deposit, amongst the largest of this type in the country, consists of several mineralized zones. A very high-quality, contaminant-free phosphate rock grading approximately 39% P2O5 can be recovered from conventional processing of the Lac à Paul ore.
