The firm has several important national banks, multinational companies, several transport companies, leading industrial, commercial, insurance and service companies operating in Italy and overseas, and several public bodies as its clients.
All the professionals at the firm have specific knowledge of labour and social security law and trade union law. They also collaborate with leading legal sector magazines, taking part as speakers in courses and conferences, also in lawyer training. Most professionals speak and write fluently in one or more foreign languages (in particular French and English).
The firm has also relations with several important law firms in Italy and overseas. One characteristic of the firm is its continuous search for quality, updating and rapidity in addressing problems, together with its legal precision in a direct, personal relationship with its clients.
Alongside the two founding partners, Angelo Chiello and Cesare Pozzoli, there are also two other partners, Francesco Sibani and Giovanni Veca, and fourteen associates. All the partners and several associates are AGI enrolled.
