A certified Green Business, we have designed buildings to all levels of LEED certification including LEED Platinum, as well as GreenPoint rated and Build It Green certified buildings. BAR’s internal DEI Group’s mission is to dismantle prejudice and racism and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our firm, our profession and communities we serve through education, advocacy, professional development, and outreach. Our passion for design also extends beyond our specific projects to the broader profession and community. BAR assists in neighborhood revitalization, is active in USGBC and AIA’s Committee on the Environment (COTE). We work with university faculty to teach classes and provide classroom critiques. Fully committed to giving back, we provide pro bono services and/or volunteer for numerous non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity, BuildOn, Haiti Partners and Blue Bear School of Music. Our belief in design quality, and a collaborative and client-centered process, has led to BAR receiving over 190 design awards. Although we appreciate the recognition, above all else, we believe the most important measure of our success is the satisfaction of our clients and the inhabitants of our buildings. Raymond was founded in 1992 as a small roofing and waterproofing engineering firm working with a group of local clients in Georgia. Since our founding, we have grown to become a leading building envelope engineering and consulting firm, with architectural, structural engineering, and program/project management capabilities to serve our clients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Raymond Engineering is committed to providing exceptional value to clients through innovative program/project management and advanced technology. At MCG Architecture, we are dedicating our professional lives to exploring design solutions. MCG balances innovative design, advanced technology and distinctive personal service in retail, hospitality, commercial, entertainment and urban revitalization projects. Celebrating over 90 years of practice, MCG has a nationwide staff of professional architects, designers and planners. Our diverse office locations and 49 state licensing provides us close proximity to projects projects and clients throughout the United States and Canada. Every year the firm designs hundreds of projects spanning the spectrum of commercial development. MCG works closely with our clients to anticipate emerging trends in each project type, capitalize on proven successful formulas and deliver quality design and professional services. Our design and technical talents benefit our clients by providing access to specialized resources throughout the firm. The strength of this approach provides a cohesive depth of experience under the direction of qualified project teams from pre-development through final occupancy.

Precis Engineering + Architecture

Precis offers comprehensive design services to support the business goals of our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, life sciences and technology, higher education, industrial, commercial, critical utility, and healthcare markets. As a full-service provider to our clients, we can ensure continuity of design and performance from concept through operations. Principal-level project leadership, an integrated design approach, and hands-on technical expertise guide every project. Our combined team of engineers, architects, and technical support staff navigates the details to make every project cost-effective, easy to bid, and even easier to build. CSHQA

CSHQA is an award-winning, full-service design firm of over 100 professionals specializing in architecture and engineering. CSHQA has offices in Boise, Denver, Sacramento, and Dallas. We design retail, healthcare, commercial, aviation, education, hospitality, multi-family, civic and government facilities for clients across the nation. We became 100% employee-owned in 2018. With the resurging economy we are seeing new and exciting work in all offices, and our staff, which ranges from AITs and EITs to 30-year veterans, works in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in studio-style teams. The engineering group includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil engineers. Our full-service capabilities are further complimented by teams of landscape architects and interior designers. CSHQA is known for the quality of our design and our advocacy of energy efficiency and sustainability.
