Solidaridad launched the world's first fair trade coffee in the 80s and then changed the banana market forever by introducing the world's first sustainable banana brand. Today, the Solidaridad Network is an international organization with more than 55 years of experience in building fair and sustainable supply chains from producer to consumer. We believe that fair and sustainable trade is a powerful catalyst that brings stability to markets, reduces poverty, builds communities and protects the environment. Solidaridad is a network of 8 regional offices on 5 continents. In North America (USA and Canada), the Solidaridad Network is represented by Solidaridad North America, a 501 (C)(3) organization.
