کارخانه دیوار پوشش سیمان پارت اولین تولید کننده فایبر سمنت برد در ایران می باشد.این کارخانه با هدف ترویج سبک سازی و مقاوم سازی در صنعت ساختمان و نهادینه کردن استفاده صحیح از مصالح سبک در مصارف مختلف از جمله نمای ساختمان،سقف کاذب، کف کاذب و دیوارهای داخلی و پیرامونی تاسیس گردید. فایبر سمنت برد تولیدی مخلوطی همگن از سیمان پرتلند، سیلیس و الیاف سلولوزی که در فرآیند پیچیده به نام دستگاه Hatschek ساخته شده و فرایند عمل آوری آنها با دستگاه اتو کلاو (autoclave) انجام میشود. پانل های سیمانی الیاف دار ( فایبر سمنت برد ) صفحات پیش ساخته سیمانی هستند که خواص مکانیکی آنها با استفاده از سیلیس و الیاف سلولوزی بهبود یافته است. الیاف سلولوزی به کار رفته در این صفحات ، باعث افزایش مقاومت آنها در برابر تنش های فشاری و کششی ناشی از تغییرات دما شده و از بروز عیوب مختلف همچون ترک خوردگی و اعوجاج جلوگیری می کند. پنل های تولید شده در ابعاد ۱۲۰×۲۴۰ می باشد و در ضخامت های ۴ ، ۶ ، ۸ ، ۱۰ ، ۱۲ و ۱۸ میلیمتر عرضه میشود. محصول جدید فایبر سمنت طرح چوب با ضخامت ۸ میلیمتر و ابعاد ۲۰×۲۴۰ نیز عرضه میشود. این کارخانه به پشتوانه تلاش و خودکفایی در صنعت ساختمان و تولید ملی صادر کننده فایبر سمنت در کشور بوده که از فهرست کشور های مصرف کننده می توان به افغانستان ، پاکستان ، ترکمنستان ، عراق، آذربایجان و عمان اشاره کرد
