Albanian IP Matters is a boutique law firm that specialises in prosecution and litigation of the entire spectrum of intellectual property (IP) rights and marketing law. We operate within the Albanian co-speaking region, which includes Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia. From our central office in Tirana, Albania, we coordinate all regional projects done at local level, ensuring you receive expert legal advice tailored to your local preference.
The firm was established in October 2018 by a group of professionals led by Irma Cami who is lauded for her expertise in the IP field. She worked at a large regional IP firm for 10 years, and has been constantly recognized by Chambers and Partners and WTR 1000 as a leading IP practitioner described as "diligent and dedicated professional…", "…who takes the reins when contentious brand related matters arise.", etc.
Another key figure at Albanian IP Matters is Gentjan Hasa who holds degrees in mechanical engineering from Pisa, Italy, and has over 20 years' Italian and Albanian work experience in the engineering field. Gentjan focuses his practice on preparing patent applications and also supervises the prosecution division.
