Since its foundation in the 1880s, the business has become a leading supplier of high-quality malted ingredients to food and drink producers in the UK and international markets, including the Middle East and Africa. EDME is committed to supporting local producers and most of its flours are malted from East Anglian grain.

Chateau Rouge Fine Foods

Chateau Rouge started with a passion for exquisite tasting luxury food and drink products. I wanted to create a brand and range of products that reflect my love for travel and high-quality authentic foods, combined with my other passion, great design! We want to create products that not only taste fantastic, but are beautifully packaged, sustainable and traceable, honest, wholesome food products; each with a unique history of where it comes from, what makes it special, and guidance on how to enjoy it. Details are important to us! We are involved in the whole process, working very closely with all our suppliers and hands-on in the development of all our products – we have a driving passion to make things better every single day. We hope you enjoy this journey of exploration and discovery with us.

We work with hospitality venues, brands and events, big and small, to create outdoor hospitality experiences that bring people together and make good times happen. We imagine. We create. We produce. We deliver. We install. Our outdoor experiences can include anything from Terrace Screens to Parasols, from Outdoor Furniture to Swinging Grills. We have bespoke design & build facilities so our capabilities are very wide ranging & we love a challenge.
