revamping the existing IT, communication & security infrastructure, systems and
processes. Help setting up new IT Setup for better control and manageability and outline
an IT roadmap in line with business goals, priorities and growth plan
2. Review and Analyse the current Hospital application for existing and future
requirements and Find a New latest technology future ready Hospital Software and
Information System for the hospital.
3. Review existing applications portfolio across the locations and provide the
recommendation for long-term applications strategy to support business growth plans.
4. Work towards Business Automated reports MIS Dashboards for departments and
Management to make better Business decisions.
5. Conduct skill and competency assessment of existing staff and identify training
needs to fulfill the knowledge gaps and recruit specialists to improve quality of IT
services to support the business
6. Provide support in IT procurement, considering the technology hype-cycle, risk of
obsolesce & upgrade, scalability, cost, simplification and standardization factors
Internal Audit and Assessment of various department’s current systems and processes. We will identify revenue leakages, process lacuna’s and suggest improvement points.
