Contenders Training Studio is Vancouver's best boxing gym. Creating a fun yet structured environment, working with all skill levels, helping you achieve your fitness goals! Contenders Training Studio offers 30 boxing classes per week that teach you the art of the "sweet science" as well as advanced boxing boot camp style training camps to make sure you get in top shape. Fit U Fitness is dedicated to fostering an active community through year-round, co-ed group fitness programs that are fun, effective & affordable. Specializing in Total Body Circuit: Classes are a blend of cardio, strength, core & stretch for a total body workout! Body weight exercises & equipment will be used. Variations to increase or decrease intensity will be shown. All levels welcome!
