Since our foundation in 2004 in Switzerland and 2005 in Germany, we have been leading companies from all sectors to long-term success in their sourcing projects. IT sourcing & cloud services consulting is our passion. Whether outsourcing or backsourcing, whether onshoring or near- & offshoring, whether private cloud, public cloud or hybrid cloud. We are always concerned with a sensible combination of internal and external provision of IT services, with the right partners and with successful commissioning. That's what we stand for and that's what we're really good at. Our core competencies are: 1. The development of the right sourcing & cloud strategy or a sourcing & cloud concept. 2. The benchmarking of internally or externally provided IT services. 3. The selection of the right IT services partner using tried and tested tendering procedures. 4. The creation of the appropriate IT services contracts and SLAs that meet the regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA or BAFIN). 5. The management of transition and transformation projects or the coaching of the project manager. We are fully an advisory company. Since we do not offer any IT outsourcing or cloud services ourselves, we are neutral.
