Remote steel cord belt monitoring is a specialty. The company provides in-house seminars to mining companies, engineering and technological services, belt failure analysis, conveyor problem analysis and design. The company commenced in USA in 1993 where the majority of work is still conducted. US and Canadian mines use the remote belt scanning technology to its fullest. Over 140 remote NDT belt scans are provided in the US annually. Australian mining companies have yet to use the technology to save considerable costs.
