British Video Association

The BVA was established in 1980 to represent the interests of publishers and rights owners of pre-recorded video entertainment. Today, around 5,000 titles are released every year in the UK, on DVD, Blu-ray Discs and digital TV-based and web-based internet services, available to rent or to own, on portable devices and for home viewing. Video entertainment is critical for the cultural and economic success of the UK's audiovisual sector and, in a world of evolving technology and new opportunities, the British Video Association's primary objective is to help maintain a business environment with the least regulatory burdens and optimal conditions that enables video's crucial role in the audiovisual eco-system to thrive. The BVA's members account for some 90% of this £2.2 billion industry and include film and television companies and independent labels which produce, license and distribute film, sport and fitness, music video, TV, children's and special interest programming.

Kroud Karaoke

Kroud Karaoke is a feel good festival styled sing-along event, it's not about one person singing but the entire crowd together as one! Expect crazy prizes, sing-off's, battle of the sexes and a load of confetti. We are sure that this night that will go down in history... Developed and hosted by Chris Shrouder, a DJ who has played in many of Newcastle's iconic party venues, Chris has clearly used his years of presenting experience to create this incredible feel good event that can be used and tailored to suit any occasion.
