Au Care BV - Zorg in huis

De (ouderen) zorgsector staat aan de vooravond van grote veranderingen, niet alleen vanuit de bezuinigingen door de overheid op het collectief bekostigde deel van de ouderenzorg, maar vooral vanuit de sterk veranderende behoefte van de toekomstige cliënt. De bezuinigingen zijn hierin een katalysator op korte termijn, maar tevens een voorbode van een verschuivend zorgveld vanuit de cliëntbehoefte (KIWA rapport). Zorgbehoevenden zullen steeds meer zelf moeten gaan regelen! Daarnaast ontstaat er in toenemende mate een tekort aan verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden. Enerzijds biedt Au-Care een prachtige - dankbare- dienstverlening voor hulpbehoevenden (o.a. ouderen, MS / ALS patiënten) die zo lang mogelijk in hun vertrouwde huis willen blijven wonen. Wij leiden daartoe buitenlandse zorgverleners op in onze eigen taalschool (in Hongarije) en bemiddelen deze als 'inwonende zorgverleners'. Anderzijds leiden wij vanuit Au-Care Dienstverlening in opdracht van - en in samenwerking met (flexpool)- verpleeginstellingen buitenlandse verpleegkundigen op in onze taalschool. Deze medewerkers komen in dienst van de opdrachtgevers. Op deze manier zijn we samen in staat om een invullingen te geven aan specifieke personeelswensen en wordt er geïnvesteerd in eigen medewerkers! Au Care heeft inmiddels meer dan 180 verpleegkundigen / verzorgenden opgeleid.
