Holbrook Leisure
Formed in 0ctober 2011, Holbrook Leisure saw an opening in Norfolk in the touring caravan industry.
Rory Holbrook (Company Owner), Janean Holbrook and Nathan Dack had a vision of developing a business built firmly around the aftercare it delivered whilst not forgetting to ensure that only high quality caravans were dispatched from its original site at Swangey Farm near Attleborough, Norfolk
Holbrook Leisure made its first steps with Nathan buying and selling used caravans whilst literally building the business in between. A brand new workshop, sales area and fencing to seperate the site from it's sister company, Breckland Storage, were all built and erected by Rory, Janean and Nathan.
We had to use outside service engineers initially to keep customers manufacturers warranties upheld whilst we set about getting our own workshop approved by the National Caravan Council, this duely followed in March 2012. The workshop currently employs 8 fully qualified technicians and also offers a call out service with 2 kitted out Mercedes Vitos travelling all over East Anglia servicing caravans.
The first franchises to be taken on by us were Lunar Venus and Coachman Caravans. A lightweight budget caravan sitting alongside what many consider to be Rolls Royce of touring vans, something for everyone.
The company esculated beyond any of our wildest dreams and it wasnt long before we had little alternative but to move the sales side of the business. This happened during Easter of 2013 when we opened Holbrook Leisure, Snetterton beside the main A11.
With this move came another huge waive of interest and trebled the size of Holbrook Leisure in its first year. The new Leisure Store opened too and stocks various consumables and fittings for touring caravans.
We have since added Bailey Caravans, Elddis Xplore and Compass Caravans to our portfolio and our staff levels have grown to 20. Exposure on TV, radio and magazines followed. Life is great.
