Your Body By Dante is the brainchild of Dante Nash, who founded the studio in 2010 to motivate San Diego to achieve their health goals in the best way possible. Every person's physique is unique, and we start by providing you with an in-depth fitness assessment to better understand your needs. After laying the foundation, we help you establish short term and long term goals to ensure your success. Each month, we then re-evaluate your fitness assessment to ensure that your body is responding well to your workout and nutrition regiments. With our proven system, you can expect to lose 8-20 each month! The way you feel about yourself defines how you wake up each morning and take on the day. With our coaching and expertise, the results that you will see will make you feel more energized, stronger, and most of all, more confident about the way you look.

We provide a multimedia, user-friendly news site with the latest news on HPV research, the HPV vaccine, early symptoms about HPV+ oropharyngeal cancer, and personal stories from HPV-related cancer patients.

At CrossFit High Five we combine elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, kettle bells, plyometrics, cardiorespiratory endurance activities, and calisthenics into short explosive workouts guaranteed to shred fat, build lean muscle and prepare you mentally and physically for anything life throws your way. We are a small facility. This means we cap our classes at 10 people. Everyone gets plenty of personal attention and individualized coaching. Our mission is to empower our athletes with correct movement patterns that will facilitate a lifetime of fitness. So we value good mechanics and technique above all else. We encourage proper nutrition. Does this mean we are a bunch of paleo freaks? Well, in some cases yes but it really depends on your goals.
