The production of Beechdean’s Farmhouse Dairy Ice Cream initially started on the family’s 600-acre dairy farm in the Chiltern Hills. Rich Jersey milk is used to produce the ice cream along with the ever increasing pedigree of Jersey Herd who are pampered and managed to produce a year-round supply of fresh milk with a high cream content. The market response to the ice cream has grown rapidly year upon year, resulting in increased sales exceeding expectation.
