We offer a variety of classes from beginners to advanced levels. From vigorously physical, dynamic and intellectually stimulating yoga classes to deep and gentle classes.

Charlene is passionate about inspiring people to live a healthy, active & balanced lifestyle. She does this through writing & presenting Corporate Wellness workshops and Wellness Days. These can be tailored to the needs of employees or chosen from a list of general health & fitness topics. Charlene has worked with Beattie Communications, Knight Frank, Eversholt Rail, the Institute for Study Abroad, Manitoba Teacher's Association, Health Sciences Centre, Rehfit Centre, Nutri Centre. Charlene has energised groups in major London corporations, members clubs, networking groups as well as medical centers in Canada. She is a sought after speaker in both the private and fitness sectors because of her wealth of knowledge, experience and genuine personality.

We are a social enterprise which exists to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of people living in Stockport. We run a full timetable of public yoga classes, courses and commissioned projects and reinvest the profits into our Pay-What-You-Can and Donation schemes as well as local projects which improve health and wellbeing through yoga.
