The company offers extensive experience drawn from numerous projects in Southeast Asia and China including educational buildings, residential estates, manufacturing facilities, and community structures.
DI Designs'​ long-term collaborators include its sister company Magnolia Quality Development Company Limited (MQDC), the property development subsidiary of DTGO. MQDC is known for developing properties where holistic innovations are applied based on a thorough understanding of technology, human needs, sustainability, and the balance of nature. These values fully align with our vision and capabilities.
This shared vision has won industry recognition. At the Thailand Property Awards 2016, Whizdom 101-Essence Sukhumvit was commended for Best Retail Architectural Design and Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra won in the Best High-Rise Affordable Condo Development (Bangkok) category. At the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2016-17 in Kuala Lumpur in March, Whizdom 101-Essence Sukhumvit won in the Best Mixed-Use Development Thailand category.
Di Designs also contributed to the design concept of MQDC’s award-winning Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, a stunning high-rise tower in Bangkok’s central business district that includes super-luxury condominiums and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
Another notable mixed-use project carried out in collaboration with MQDC was the architecture, interior, and landscape design of the luxurious villas at Magnolias French Country Khao Yai and the neighboring five-star U Hotel Khao Yai.
