Caroline's Dairy

Our multi award-winning ice creams and sorbets are hand made on our working dairy farm in West Sussex. Since launching in 2008, we've come a long way but we still make our ice cream in exactly the same method – using only the milk from our cows at Chalder Farm. Our wonderful dairy team combine this with the best natural ingredients and locally produced fruit to make over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream and four refreshing sorbets so you're bound to find a flavour that hits the spot! Our herd of beautiful dairy cows graze on the water meadows of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, producing rich creamy milk, which makes our luxury ice cream taste like no other. Every process from milking the cows through to the finished ice cream tub, is carried out on the farm itself by a small team of passionate ice-cream makers. Every flavour is cleverly crafted using the finest natural ingredients, made in small batches to give you the ultimate smooth luxury ice cream we're famous for. With varieties ranging from the classic Double Dairy, Belgium Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to the exotic Sea Buckthorn and Stem Ginger, Lime & Chilli there is something to tickle all taste buds! We love creating new flavours and experimenting with ideas so look out for new seasonal specials throughout the year. You can find us at South East National Trust properties, Southern Co-Operative stores and many local eateries, farm and village shops. We also attend many Country Fairs and private garden parties with our trio of wonderful ice cream tricycles so do get in touch to discuss any event you are planning. Chateau Rouge started with a passion for exquisite tasting luxury food and drink products. I wanted to create a brand and range of products that reflect my love for travel and high-quality authentic foods, combined with my other passion, great design! We want to create products that not only taste fantastic, but are beautifully packaged, sustainable and traceable, honest, wholesome food products; each with a unique history of where it comes from, what makes it special, and guidance on how to enjoy it. Details are important to us! We are involved in the whole process, working very closely with all our suppliers and hands-on in the development of all our products – we have a driving passion to make things better every single day. Pizza Rossa Ltd

Our pizza by-the-slice is a delicious and healthy meal and our mission is to become the default brand for premium pizza by-the-square-slice in the UK. We target the high speed high quality segment of the fast food market. A year on since their first crowdfunding campaign which raised £440,000 in just 17 days from 119 people, artisanal pizza by-the-square-slice Pizza Rossa has opened two outlets and is now launching a new campaign on Crowdcube. Fresh from opening its first permanent outlet at London Wall in the City of London and still operating its long-term pop-up at Leadenhall Market, Pizza Rossa aims to raise at least a further £150,000 to support working capital, and focus on a number of expansion opportunities. The new funds are also intended to support a concession in West London, a presence at street markets and food festivals, and pop-up sites in shopping malls and supermarkets. The investment is eligible for EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme) tax relief. The brand focuses on offering customers what they crave: a conveniently available, quick serving (up to 90 seconds for a piping hot delicious pizza), delicious product, easy to eat on the go and served by smiling staff. In May 2013 we won the prestigious London Business School's annual business plan competition and were runners up in the European Business Plan of the Year finals in Athens in June 2013. We are proud members of the London Business School's Incubator programme for high potential start ups and a winner of the 2013 Deloitte Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship's Founders Award.
