YawSTOP

YawSTOP is a patent pending solution that has been developed by the R&D department at Kolberg Caspary Lautom. YawSTOP uses an unique gearing mechanism that enables the unit to produce a continuous counter-torque to the suspended cargo as long as power is supplied to the unit. The crane-operator can remotely rotate and lock the cargo at any angle without the need for personnel with tag-lines. YawStop is a fully scalable concept and can be adapted to any load.
