Bit Barons GmbH

Bit Barons GmbH was founded in 2010 by Sergej Klementinovski (Managing Director), Alexander Zacherl (Development) and Alexander Widl (Lead Artist) and is based in Starnberg, Germany. The company’s primary focus was game development. Its first title named Astroslugs has been released in 2011 followed by an iOS release in 2012, which was picked as “Game of the Week” in the AppStore. Since then Bit Barons had been working on titles like Tridek – Creatures of Galena, San Juan (Ravensburger) and lately Scotland Yard (Ravensburger). In 2017 the core team reshaped and is now consisting of Sergej Klementiovski as CEO and Lead Developer, Tom Lippitsch as Lead Artist and Robert Schlaeger as Developer. The headquarters are still located in Starnberg, while Tom Lippitsch is maintaining the Hamburg subsidiary. While still developing game titles, the company’s focus shifted to business apps for VR/MR, web and mobile since 2016.
