Detroit Body Garage

A community gym located in the heart of West Village Detroit, in the historic bank building. Established May 2016, founded by retired professional triathlete Terra Castro, who moved back home to rebuild in 2014. With a bold heart, she started BE BOLD CREW: a mobile endurance racing & training team in Detroit, which grew into Detroit Body Garage. A home where the community could REBUILD TOGETHER ONE PART AT A TIME. We are a class based facility with 48 classes a week, with a monthly membership or class passes available. With a staff of 8 experienced coaches & a class size limited to 15, we provide a daily opportunity to MOVE, GROW & PERFORM both in your sport + in life. We hold a monthly community workout + potluck as well as hold community outreach events like our annual "trunk or treat" every October. We are on mission to help change the statistic of Detroit being voted "the most unhappy, unhealthy stressed out city in America" (Wallethub, 2017 and 2019)

The Co Pilates

At The Co Pilates we know you can change your physical and mental state through movement. Our philosophy is "if you don't move it, you lose it." Through expert precision driven guidance we enable you to learn to safely move your body in a way that gives you access to a deeper more intense work out leading to long term results inside and out.
