PRESENTATION DE L'AFP-PME L'Agence de Financement et de Promotion des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (AFP-PME) est un fonds national de financement dont la mission principale est de contribuer au développement du secteur privé par le soutien à la promotion d'une dynamique entrepreneuriale et à l'émergence d'un tissu de petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) burkinabè viables et compétitives. Afin de réaliser cette mission, elle offre des produits : • financiers : sous la forme de crédits à court, moyen et long terme aux entreprises ; • non-financiers : à travers des formations, des conseils en recherche et développement et un accompagnement personnalisé aux entreprises ; • des services mixtes à travers son incubateur d'entreprises. Créée le 30 décembre 2008 par le décret n° 2008-856/PRES/PM/MEF, l'AFP-PME est techniquement rattachée au ministère en charge du Commerce et de l'Industrie du Burkina Faso. Convaincue que les PME/PMI sont un maillon fort dans le développement économique et social du Burkina Faso, l'AFP-PME, à travers sa vision, ses missions et objectifs, veut consolider et étoffer ledit segment économique.
