El Taier nace de la comunión de 2 personas, que buscaban la libertad creadora, la innovación, el reconocimiento a la pasión, la sinergia de talentos, la relación más estrecha con los clientes, la orientación a resultados, la pasión, renovación y profesionalismo publicitario. La relación con clientes se consolida en base al trabajo y a los resultados, lo que resulta en relaciones de confianza a largo plazo. Las presentaciones siempre se destacaron por su alto grado de profesionalismo y creatividad tanto en el fondo como en la forma, de esta manera El Taier jamás fue un ente proveedor sino un asesor. La constante búsqueda de propuestas frescas y medios de comunicarlas trascienden el plano publicitario y empieza a convertirse en marketing creativo, dejando atrás lo establecido e innovando también en esta área. Así mismo, la selección de los medios siempre respondía directamente al target y al impacto que se buscaban, por lo que la innovación y los medios alternativos se convirtieron en una Trade Mark. La cercanía que se construyó con los clientes también se contagió dentro de la agencia, creando una estructura abierta y de comunicación horizontal. Coming from experiential roots, we are striving to change the corporate marketing world to become more human. We reorganized our own company to become the first ground-up integration agency. Rather than devising integrated campaigns from the usual above-the-line perspective, we start ‘on the ground’ with a real life human experience, and integrate up into the channels that humans genuinely use and care about.

Brand marketing has become a bit of a pain in the society over the last few decades. It regularly intrudes on people’s lives, it wastes people’s time by being mostly irrelevant, it often exaggerates things till it feels shallow and plastic, and it can be boring, quite often. To add to that, the advent of deep data and marketing technology has caused massive chaos and complexity in the ecosystem. Marketing lives at the cusp of business and people – the most powerful insights and ideas, can be fragile and elusive. However Complexity can kill this very soul of marketing. Our Story So Far: At BWM Dentsu our single-minded purpose is to prove that creativity transforms brands and brands transform business.
