The American Psychological Association, in Washington, D.C., is the largest scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States and is the world's largest association of psychologists. APA's membership includes more than 157,000 researchers, educators, clinicians, consultants and students. Through its divisions in 54 subfields of psychology and affiliations with 60 state, territorial and Canadian provincial associations, APA works to advance psychology as a science, as a profession and as a means of promoting human welfare. The mission of the APA is to advance the creation, communication, and application of psychological knowledge to benefit society and improve people’s lives.

The Vancouver Resource Society is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and has been in operation since 1972 serving clients in the lower Mainland. Our purpose is to develop housing with programs that support our clients values, goals and objectives.

Eden II Programs (Serving People with Autism)

Eden II Programs is dedicated to enabling the children and adults with autism that it serves in New York City and Long Island to achieve the highest quality of life throughout their lives in school, in the community, at work and at home. Eden II School was founded in 1976 on Staten Island with six children and one special education teacher, and over the past 25 years, Eden II’s highly successful model has lead to the expansion and development of a number of programs and services for individuals with autism.

Public Health Solutions

Public Health Solutions (PHS) is the largest public health nonprofit serving New York City. For over 60 years, PHS has improved health outcomes and helped families thrive by providing services directly to the city’s most vulnerable populations, publishing groundbreaking research that moves public health policy and practice forward, and supporting over 200 community-based organizations through our long-standing government partnerships.
