Take mobile welfare cabins for instance, we’ve always pushed our manufacturer to create more flexible options. Rather than the standard 6/7 man welfare units – we’re now offering up to 20 man mobile welfare cabins. We’re constantly looking for the edge that sets us apart and adds more value to our customers.

Established in 1911 as the Essex Steam Rolling Association Ltd, we have developed continuously over 100 years and have built a reputation as high quality, solid, dependable contractors offering best value across a range of civil engineering services. Engineers staff our modern, fully equipped workshops, of who are kept up to date with the latest developments both technically and with health and safety matters. Much of our equipment is designed and built in-house; using our wealth of experience gathered over the many years of we have been operating. Foster Contracting Ltd are suppliers and installers of geotextiles and composites for asphalt overlay. We use our own calibrated binder distributors to spray a bond coat of 160/220 pen (straight run) bitumen. The hot applied binder is compatible with all asphalts and requires no binding time. We began laying asphalt geotextiles in 1993 with an applicator that we designed and built for the purpose. This design with subsequent minor improvements has become the industry norm for laying asphalt geotextiles in the UK. Foster Contracting Ltd are the UK’s longest established installers of asphalt geotextiles. Years of experience and a wide variety of products have made Foster Contracting Ltd realise the most effective and efficient products for use within the asphalt layers.
