AREA est une société de maîtrise d’œuvre spécialisée dans la conception et la réalisation de bâtiments industriels et agro-alimentaires, qui a vu le jour en 2008. A l'origine, il y a 5 associés, dont le savoir-faire et l'expérience dans le domaine du bâtiment sont complémentaires. Tous nos projets commencent par l’écoute attentive des besoins et des objectifs de notre client. S’en suit une analyse fonctionnelle des flux croisés et des process de fabrication confrontés aux contraintes environnementales et urbaines. Puis nous présentons la synthèse graphique qui traduit en plans et en volume l’organisation du projet. L’ensemble s’inscrit dans une démarche respectueuse des délais et de la maîtrise économique des projets. En parallèle, nous travaillons à l’optimisation du bâti et des énergies garants de la qualité de nos réalisations. Cet engagement se prolonge tout au long de l’exécution des travaux et du suivi financier dans le cadre d’un planning maîtrisé Aujourd'hui, l'équipe s'est beaucoup étoffée, avec au total 23 collaborateurs. 2018 sera marqué par l'extension de nos bureaux.

Division 8 was incorporated with the intent of being a full service design and engineering firm. Customer satisfaction is the primary focus of all decisions and strategies. The glazing industry has evolved into a complicated engineered field. It is our intent to solve this dilemma. Our focus is to support curtain wall manufacturers, curtain wall fabricators, curtain wall subcontractors and general contractors. We specialize in producing the highest quality shop drawing development for a majority of building exterior components commonly used in the construction industry. We provide everything from detailed development assistance and production selection assistance to full shop drawing packages, including stamped drawings and calculations. We specialize in storefront, window wall and curtain wall systems, including custom design and unitized systems. We also produce drawings for sunshades, louvers, panel wall systems, handrails, decorative grilles and column covers. Division 8 takes pride in providing our clients precise, coordinated and effectual shop drawings and engineered packages. Our innovative approach enables us to meet any design challenge and develop proficiency on each unique project we pursue. Our capacity is set for continued growth in the curtain wall market.
