Emotes is a Social-Emotional Learning program aimed at helping children learn to identify, express and manage feelings. The full product line consists of picture books, chapter books and comics covering a wide range of developmental topics including: bullying, depression, divorce, death and loss, envy, mindfulness, social-media, peer pressure and perfectionism. In addition to over 30 books for kids pre-K through elementary, there are games and play therapy toys to support the book series. Written by a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, the Emotes! books, supplemental curriculum and resources are used all over the world, including school districts from Germany to Hawaii! Brandt Therapy Clinics, Inc. founded by Dr. Sara Brandt is a group of specialists who work with relationships. Since opening in 2000, the practice has grown to three locations and several specialized therapists. The therapists work with clients by providing education and skills training using the latest research, theories and skills around relationship building.

CIRP Life Center

CIRP Life Center is a multidisciplinary center for psychological well-being, assessment and coaching initiated by the Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology (CIRP). The aim is to provide quality psychological services and to promote mental health in Sri Lanka. Our services are two-fold. We provide comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adults and also provide specialized counselling and therapeutic assistance for a range of psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, anger management, grief and loss, trauma and marriage issues using cognitive and behavioral approaches, mindfulness-based interventions, person-centered therapies, individual or group counselling and family therapy. CIRP Life Center further caters to childhood psychological conditions such as autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by providing one-on-one intervention implementation plans according to specific needs. The practice consists of a panel of local and international experts with professional experience in differing areas of speciality. The Life Center will also provide supervised training to those in the field as well as develop outreach programs and research initiatives so as to meet the aims of the center.
