The #LPPO concept - the 4 pillars of success change and sustainable development of an organization is an effective technique for making changes, streamlining the process or managing the project regardless of its scope, purpose or budget. This tool was created based on many years of experience of the team of experts in the implementation of the organization's development strategy, running strategic and optimization programs, and management of individuals and teams of people. The idea of this concept relies on simultaneous planning and implementation of activities in the areas of PEOPLE, PROJECT, PROCESS, ENVIRONMENT, to balance the disparities that occur between them, and, as a result, transfer the organization to a higher level of business effectiveness.

Democracy School gUG

The Democracy School exists to help individuals, communities, movements and organisations develop their capacity to bring about, often under the most difficult of circumstances and against all odds, real, lasting and seemingly unattainable change. We do this through a combination of cultural interventions, commentary & debate and, most importantly, capacity building, utilising the Democracy School's unique experiential learning methodology. In addition, we offer various corporate services to select non-profit and public sector clients.
