Trivselssamtaler er et utroligt vigtigt værktøj at bruge i din virksomhed. Med trivselssamtaler vil du hele tiden have fingeren på pulsen i forhold til din virksomhed og dine medarbejdere. Når jeg hjælper virksomhederne med at afholde trivselssamtaler, så lægger jeg vægt på at det foregår i et fortroligt rum, at der er ro til at afholde samtalen og at møderne med medarbejderne er velforberedte og konstruktive. Hvad får virksomheden ud af trivselssamtaler med medarbejderne? Når jeg hjælper med samtalerne sparer lederen og mellemlederen meget tid og får gennemført samtalerne. Samtalerne bliver ikke et hurtigt overstået kapitel, men bliver et effektivt værktøj som kan bruges konstruktivt i arbejdet med det gode arbejdsmiljø. VELKOMMEN til Commitment Lab! Commitment Lab er en erhvervspsykologisk konsulentvirksomhed der i samarbejde med blandt andet Professionshøjskolen UCC og Erhvervsakademi KEA udbyder henholdsvis diplom- og akademiuddannelser til virksomheder. Forskellighed, mangfoldighed og synergi – er hos Commitment Lab både en ledelsesstil og en arbejdsmetode! Således er vi et tværfagligt team med hver vores kernekompetencer og fokusområder inden for udvikling, HR, ledelse, strategi & organisation. Tilsammen udgør vi en symfoni af fagkompetente virksomhedskonsulenter og undervisere – der er fælles i vores mission om, at styrke menneskers kompetence- og mentaludvikling og skabe konkurrencedygtige succesfulde virksomheder og organisationer. Commitment Lab designer hvert uddannelsesforløb på en sådan måde, at vejledende indhold (alt efter fagmodul) og værtsvirksomhedens konkrete behov og ønsker, giver mening, commitment og handlekraft i den specifikke kontekst og hverdag, hvori forløbet gennemføres. Da akademi- og diplomuddannelserne er statsgodkendte, kompetence- og meritgivende har værtvirksomheden mulighed for, at søge SVU tilskud, som kompensation for den tid der i dagligdagen vil gå med studieaktivitet omkring uddannelsens indhold og mål.
