We're a housing Charity, based in Swansea but with projects across South West Wales. We create connections for people who experience homelessness, housing crisis or trauma. For people who have no home, our job is to get them housed, and support them in whatever way is needed to help them stay housed. For people who may be at risk of becoming homeless, our job is to make sure that doesn't happen

The Laundromat Project

The Laundromat Project is an arts organization that advances artists and neighbors as change agents in their own communities. We make art and culture in community while fostering leadership among our neighbors through our celebrated Create Change artist development programs, and our creative community-building initiatives across New York City. The idea of a laundromat as a primary place for engagement has expanded over time. It now serves as a metaphor for a variety of settings in which artists and neighbors transform their lives and surroundings. This includes community gardens, public plazas, local cultural organizations, and more.

Concern voor Werk

Concern voor Werk voert de Sociale Werkvoorziening in Flevoland uit. Naast het bieden van werk aan arbeidsgehandicapten, worden trajecten aangeboden aan andere doelgroepen met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Via haar dochter Lavora biedt Concern voor Werk re-integratietrajecten uit voor deelnemers uit de WWB Ons bedrijf heeft vestigingen in Emmeloord en Lelystad en heeft ruim 1.000 medewerkers in dienst. De gemeenten Lelystad, Noordoostpolder, Urk en Zeewolde zijn onze aandeelhouders.

Toon Hermans Huis Amersfoort

Het Toon Hermans Huis is een inloophuis voor kankerpatiënten, naasten en hun familieleden. Het biedt professionele psycho-oncologische therapie, psychosociale ondersteuning, informatie en activiteiten. We zijn geopend van maandag t/m vrijdag van 10:00 - 17:00 uur.
