Aega ASA

Aega ASA is a solar utility company that acquires and operates solar power plants. The company currently owns a portfolio of eight individual solar parks in the Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardia regions in Italy with a combined production capacity of 8MWp, and an initial annual electricity production of approximately 11GWh depending on the annual solar irradiation. The company focuses on acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MWp capacity), following strict investment criteria. The company is looking opportunistic on further growth possibilities. The predecessor to the company was established in November 2013 and has since its inception acquired eight parks. The company has its operating offices in Oslo, Norway and Trento, Italy, and is structured as a holding company of unique Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) being the beneficial owners of the solar parks. Aega ASA has a highly experienced management team with credentials from leading companies in the renewables sector. Ecostrate SFS

EcoStrate uses patent pending technology and trade secrets combined with our expert knowledge of polymer waste materials to create composites of varying properties and performance for applications in new large-scale markets: at or below the cost of traditional materials. Using low energy, consuming no water and capturing the fullest value of end of life materials, EcoStrate has demonstrated a unique capability to combine non-recyclable materials into high value products, such as traffic and ADA compliant signage. By creating products from low cost polymer waste materials we disrupt existing products made from metals or higher cost virgin polymers. EcoStrate has been validated by the EPA and California Air Resource Board to reduce Green House Gas emission and offsets. These endorsements open up our ability to qualify for carbon credits in the global marketplace.
