As keen fitness fanatics and big time food lovers, they were offended by the current lunch market offering, mostly packed full of chemical additives and unnecessary ‘bad’ sugars. Growing tired of struggling to find a generous, protein packed, energising and well balanced lunch, they set out to create a convenient service where the office workers of Manchester/Cheshire/Warrington/Manchester Airport could order healthy, delicious & affordable lunches delivered directly to their office. “Our promise at City Salads is to ensure our products are of the highest quality, consistently. Gurkha Tea

We are a small family company based in the UK specialising in Single Origin Tea from Nepal. We import, manufacture and produce our own teas through our garden factory in the hills of Nepal, and maintain strong bonds with neighbouring producers and artisan tea makers to provide our customers with the finest selection of single estate teas. We supply tea direct from our garden and neighbouring producers thus eliminating the use of wholesaler and minimizing transit time, meaning the tea we provide are garden fresh, unblended single origin tea and of the finest quality. Gurkha tea was founded in 2009 by Warrant Officer Gopal Giri after retiring from 21 years of military service with the Royal Gurkha Rifles. Giri established Gurkha Tea in the UK, as a natural outlet for his passion for real tea and desire to support the local tea industry of small tea farmers and to introduce the world to the finest teas of Shree Antu, Nepal. As a son of a tea planter, his affection and knowledge of tea was nurtured from an early age. Growing around all things tea and his mother's hand rolled leaves being the only choice of beverage, fuelled his tremendous appetite for real tea. Thus swapping his riffle for a kettle was a happy choice. Our dedication and knowledge accumulated through generations has allowed us to provide our customers with the finest teas from Nepal and to become a premier supplier of Nepal Tea in the UK.

Caroline's Dairy

Our multi award-winning ice creams and sorbets are hand made on our working dairy farm in West Sussex. Since launching in 2008, we've come a long way but we still make our ice cream in exactly the same method – using only the milk from our cows at Chalder Farm. Our wonderful dairy team combine this with the best natural ingredients and locally produced fruit to make over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream and four refreshing sorbets so you're bound to find a flavour that hits the spot! Our herd of beautiful dairy cows graze on the water meadows of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, producing rich creamy milk, which makes our luxury ice cream taste like no other. Every process from milking the cows through to the finished ice cream tub, is carried out on the farm itself by a small team of passionate ice-cream makers. Every flavour is cleverly crafted using the finest natural ingredients, made in small batches to give you the ultimate smooth luxury ice cream we're famous for. With varieties ranging from the classic Double Dairy, Belgium Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to the exotic Sea Buckthorn and Stem Ginger, Lime & Chilli there is something to tickle all taste buds! We love creating new flavours and experimenting with ideas so look out for new seasonal specials throughout the year. You can find us at South East National Trust properties, Southern Co-Operative stores and many local eateries, farm and village shops.
