Dream Builder believes that equal opportunities are the foundation for youth to reach their full potential. mission is to provide at-risk youth with access to a diverse and broad set of assets through mentoring entrepreneurship scholarship and leadership training, providing them with the necessary skills to succeed academically and professionally and achieve financial ownership in the development of low-income/highly distressed communities. The youth will also be required to publish a book describing their experiences of how the program has benefited their present lives and will assist them in the future and how they plan
