Citizens Advice Plymouth aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. We helped over 11,000 people across the city last year, dealing with nearly 78,000 enquiries and helping our client’s access over a £1 million of income. We also deliver national projects such as our advice services for EDF and South West Water from our office. Our principles: The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
