\u007fTogether we will make a differenceVARDAAN is an institution where teachers therapists and parents work in co-ordination to play a significant role in the process of rehabilitation by providing need based services to children affected by wide array of disorders. The parents belong to all financial strata of society although a majority belongs to poor backgrounds. We plan to support families of special children in developing gross and fine motor skills sensory skills basic concepts and other developmental milestones. The school aspires to make these children capable of self-care and prepared for regular school integration. We also intend to bring awareness about Low vision Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorders in the community co-operate and work with society and organizations with similar outlook. Our Mission \tTo establish educational institutions for primary and advanced studies for visually impaired autistic children with/without multiple disabilities with a view to prepare them to be dignified components of society and become better citizens. Special emphasis will be on early intervention techniques talking books also making available the related computer applications and resource personnel from across the world. \t \tTo provide inclusive education to special children alongside normal children.\tTo provide free education medical aid and other assistance to the special children and also to the students who are otherwise underprivileged. \tTo distribute books stationary uniforms etc for the welfare of differentlyabled children and provide need based job oriented education by running vocational courses in various fields. Our Vision \tEach and every person in society however severely disabled has the right to equal opportunity in every institution of society and has the right to develop their full potential. \t \tWorking with person/children with special needs is not an act of charity but a profession where people learn to care for each other. \tChildren with disabling conditions should not be isolated from other children&hellip and that BOTH sets of children benefit a great deal from interacting with each other. Philosophy\t \tThat all human beings have the basic right to live with dignity and all should get an opportunity to enhance their well being irrespective of their disability or financial worth of their guardians so as to integrate them in mainstream of society.
