The WOMB Milton & Burlington

The WOMB is a sacred, inclusive and loving space. We provide families with the support and resources necessary to grow and love as a whole. starting from fertility and preconception, through to pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Our team of expert practitioners bring with them the expertise needed to nurture and nourish you and your family in a guided and encouraging way. Such areas of expertise include chiropractic , counselling and coaching of various walks (mindfulness, mental health, relationships/couples, parenting challenges, trauma), psychotherapy (integrative and holistic), lactation support, naturopathy, osteopathy, pelvic health physio, RMT and of course, sleep support. The WOMB also offers various workshops/classes for families to take part in that align with our values: Nurture, Love, Inspire. For couples going through a more challenging fertility journey, The WOMB offers fertility yoga to assist with conception, as well as, a fertility share space for woman going through this often overwhelming and isolating time to find comfort, love and guidance. Prenatal, pregnancy and birthing classes are also offered for families further along in their journey designed to educate and ease the unknown. Once mom is feeling back to herself after baby, there are also numerous fitness/yoga classes for mom to enjoy herself or for her and baby to bond over together. There are also post-birth support workshops designed to bring together moms and provide understanding and support around those sometimes tender topics we see the joys and worries of motherhood. Having a family is an adventure full of endless learning, evolving and growing and we at The WOMB are devoted to providing your unique family with the tools and resources necessary for you to make decisions that best fit the needs and goals of your loved ones. It is our hope to make the journey a little more scenic and the horizon that much more beautiful.
