Yorkville Sports Association (YSA)

The Yorkville Sports Association (YSA) was founded by Al Morales in 1978 with the goal of efficiently facilitating corporate softball leagues in New York City. An initial 6 softball teams has ballooned into over 500 teams, serving NYC and Westchester. Throughout our more than 35 years, YSA has been praised by professional softball associations for our quality, philanthropic contributions and services to sports. Comprehensive service is what makes YSA so successful. We take care of all scheduling (including playoffs and championships), provide game officials, championship trophies, and even end of the season awards parties. Players of all skill levels are welcome. We were the first league organizer to offer open scrimmages which allow for free agent players to join an appropriate team. Our high level of organization makes playing in our leagues fun and stress free. Our current league and tournament offerings include: - Men's and coed softball in Westchester and NYC, with spring, summer and fall seasons. Separate 20 plus coed and 50 plus men's leagues in Westchester ensure that all adults can come out and play, have a good time, and get fit in the process. - Coed and men's flag football leagues in the fall in NYC. - Spring and summer golf leagues with weekday men's leagues and evening coed leagues. Coaches Corner is an online community where coaches in Football,Rugby, Gaelic and Hurling can create training sessions across all platforms, share sessions with other team members or receive feedback on their sessions from coaches around the world.
