Brighten Management is the subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company, since 1991. The Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong listed company is also the Executive Chairman of Brighten Management. The Chief Executive Officer of Brighten Management is a highly experienced veteran in the finance industry, having acted as CEO for several securities firms, including most recently Lippo Securities. The Chief Business Development Officer of Brighten Management has close to 15 years experience in the finance industry having worked and held senior positions in UBS, RBS, Morgan Stanley, Mizuho Securities and Sun Hung Kai Financial. Brighten Management is presently a proprietary trading platform looking for unique opportunities in non-traditional risk exposures. We are looking to take risk positions in connection with providing solutions to partners to build long term relationships. Solutions include risk protection, yield enhancement, cost reduction, hedging, and financing. Our partners include ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, private banks, securities firms, asset managers, funds managers, commercial banks, crowd funding/lending platforms and other financial institutions. We are not confined to any part of the capital structure, any instrument or any underlying asset. We can engage in equities, debt, commodities, trusts, funds, hybrids, derivatives, securitisation, etc. We are currently looking for partners in our consumer finance portfolio, our holdings in Hong Kong listed companies and potential pre-IPO opportunities.
