The Center for Optimal Vitality provides Bio-identical Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Weight Loss + Management (HCG), and Medical Skincare + Aesthetic servieces, to those suffering the effects of hormone imbalance, weight gain, and aging. The physicians and staff at the Center for Optimal Vitality are continually exploring new avenues to treat patients, helping them feel better and look healthy. The Center for Optimal Vitality is one of the few established medical practices in Greater Cincinnati dedicated to the prevention of disease through the use of BHRT, and was the first to bring pellet therapy to the Greater Cincinnati area.

Parkinson Support and Wellness, Inc.

Parkinson Support & Wellness (PSW) exists to help those with PD learn about the disease, which empowers individuals to take control and make connections with local resources like support and exercise groups. In addition to helping link people to programs that will aid them, the organization also produces educational programming, provides grants to exercise programs specially-tailored to the needs of Persons with Parkinson Disease, and sponsors support groups and other events designed to bring people together in a mutually supportive and encouraging environment. Thanks to the energy and commitment of many individual volunteers, some with more than 20 years of experience serving the Parkinson community, PSW has grown to become the largest independent Parkinson support organization in the Tri-State area. These individuals, who come from all walks of life, have one common goal: to provide help and support to those living with Parkinson's Disease as well as their families and caregivers. All money raised stays in the Tri-State area to fund PSW programming. Parkinson Support and Wellness is a 501 3 (c) corporation serving the Parkinson's disease community in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton metroplex.
