Prior to founding Kristin Nugent Interior Design in 2000, Ms. Nugent earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at California State University, Long Beach, and completed the Interior Design Certificate Program at the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Nugent lives in Santa Monica, California, where she is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She supports Heal the Bay and the California League of Conservation Voters through charitable donations.
