Every frame we create has been carefully thought through before it was brought into existence. Every piece of moving imagery has to be carefully conceived. Making good quality animation or motion graphics videos is hard, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either naive or lying. Rebecca Downes Music Ltd

We create, record, produce, manufacture, market, distribute, retail and perform original contemporary music under the artist name Rebecca Downes. We also market, retail and distribute merchandise associated with the act and brand name. Rebecca undertakes vocal coaching and from time to time we may assist other performers with aspects of the production chain described above. Birmingham-based Rebecca and her band are a ‘must see' live act that often leaves newcomers simply blown away by the power of the performance. With her co-writer Steve Birkett alongside her, a very tight band behind, and Rebecca's powerful voice to the fore, the 5-piece outfit performs original rock/blues tracks from the EP Real Life, the highly-acclaimed debut album Back To The Start and the superb second album Believe, punctuated by one or two classic covers. Rebecca was voted Female Vocalist and Emerging Artist of the Year at the British Blues Awards 2016 and Female Blues Vocalist of the Year in the FORM UK Blues Awards 2018. Rebecca was born and grew up in Wolverhampton. She started performing live music when aged 13 and as a teenager wrote and performed her own material. The current music began when she linked up with co-songwriter Steve to write blues-infused material – a partnership that ‘clicked' right away to deliver their excellent first album, Back To The Start in 2013. The second album Believe was released in 2016, the live album BeLive in 2017 and the third studio album More Sinner Than Saint in 2019. In April 2021 Rebecca released Stripped Back, an album containing ten tracks from Believe and More Sinner Than Saint each reimagined and re-presented in a laid-back style, together with two previously unreleased tracks. Rebecca was back on stage in the latter half of 2021 and she and Steve are continuing to write new music is planning to release a fifth studio album in 2022.
