The British Applied College of Umm Al Quwain (BACU) was established in April 2017 as a premier higher education institution in the UAE. Established in 1987, International Languages Educational Services Inc. (ILESI) was founded to help serve the needs of supplying qualified teachers to quality educational institutions.
