Urban Creative is an architecture and design practice formed by Andrew Milward-Bason and Greg Pitts who have over 25 years experience between them, working on award winning projects both here and internationally. The practice is committed to making a positive transformational contribution to our urban and architectural landscapes. We seek an architecture that engages with its urban, social, and historical context and that fosters a sustainable future through innovation, rigorous analysis, and inspiration. It should be inherently driven by performance, structural legibility, spatial and organisational clarity and it should delight, inspire, and surprise. We combine design excellence with expertise in project delivery and we think laterally to find unique solutions to the specific needs of each project. We are a research and development focussed analytics consultancy services company made up of engineers, urban planners, computer scientists, environmental management specialists, transport, and logistics modellers. Our team uses state-of-the-art approaches to help solve complex environment, engineering, and land use planning problems. Being a multidisciplinary company with strong links to research provides us the knowledge and ‘know-how' to deliver state-of-the-art technologies for our clients. Our key clients include local, state, and federal governments and utility providers. Key projects are in the areas of land use, transport, water and sewerage infrastructure modelling, including key environmental management challenges of sanitation and hazardous materials like asbestos. The development and application of our solutions utilise advanced analytics techniques (e.g., artificial intelligence) where we work closely with our clients to closely understand the problem and develop fit-for-purpose solutions.
