Ammonite Custom Homes (a.k.a. Ammonite Developments Inc.) is a family-run home building company based in Central Alberta. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and our clients will be dealing directly with the owners of the company! Chris Stelmack, owner and general manager, comes from a construction background and owned his own flooring installation company prior to Ammonite Custom Homes. He is nearly completed the PHBIA (Professional Home Builders Institue of Alberta) courses to be a certified Master Home Builder. He also has his Certificate of Management, and Business Adminstration with a major in Marketing Diploma, both from Red Deer College. Chris is constantly updating his skills and knowledge by attending courses, workshops, tradeshows and conferences to stay up to date with the latest in home building technology and trends. He is also a huge community supporter. If you don't see him on a job site, he is probably at a commuity event or fundraiser. He is the Chair of the Red Deer College Alumni Board, is an Executive Member of the Kinsmen Club of Red Deer, and an Executive Member of the Red Deer PC South Board. Brittany Stelmack, owner and office manager, comes from a hospitality and management background, and recently made the move to be in the office at Ammonite Custom Homes exclusively. This allows her the flexibility needed while raising two young boys as well! Ammonite Custom Homes also has an additional 2 - 4 employees at a time.
