In het Dordts Patriciërshuis, museum aan de Maas is te zien hoe rijke burgers leefden omstreeks 1800. De sfeervolle stijlkamers worden buiten openingstijden van het museum steeds vaker gebruikt voor vergaderingen, besloten diners en fotoshoots. De grootste blikvanger is de ronde Maaskamer, die een prachtig uitzicht biedt op het drukst bevaren drierivierenpunt van Europa.

The Museum of Illusions, the world's fastest growing museum chain, is officially heading to Dubai – with the largest of all the international museum global network poised for a September opening in the city's Al Seef development located near the iconic Dubai Creek. However, the newest Museum of Illusions down at Al Seef, will feature the Vortex Tunnel, a rotating cylinder which tricks the brain into thinking guests are not walking on solid ground, as well as a gravity-defying slanted room where guests shrink or grow in size depending on their place in the exhibit. Unlike more ‘classical' museums, visitors to Museum of Illusions Dubai will be encouraged to touch the exhibits and take as many photos as they can during their visual, sensual and educational experience – it's all part of the Museum's distinctly unique ‘etiquette' for guests. Der Naturschutz-Tierpark Görlitz-Zgorzelec ist kein Zoo wie jeder andere.
