Founded in 2019, the Fayetteville Woodpeckers are the Single-A affiliate of the Houston Astros and are owned and operated by their Major League club. The Woodpeckers play their home games at Segra Stadium, the premier entertainment venue in eastern North Carolina.

North Carolina Courage

The North Carolina Courage are multi-year champions of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), the highest division of women’s professional soccer in the United States. Formerly the Western New York Flash, Steve Malik relocated the team to North Carolina in 2017 and named the team the North Carolina Courage, giving a nod to the Carolina Courage of the WPS, the first professional women’s soccer team in the state. The team defeated the Portland Thorns 3-0 to become the 2018 NWSL Champions. The team then beat the Chicago Red Stars 4-0 to win back-to-back titles. The team has won three-consecutive NWSL Shields and also won the 2018 Women’s International Champions Cup. On January 22, 2021, tennis superstar Naomi Osaka was named an owner of the team.

Carolina Mudcats

Since 1991, the Carolina Mudcats have called Five County Stadium and Eastern Wake County home. The Mudcats have welcomed over seven million fans into "The Family Place"​ where they have seen some of the greatest players of the modern era take the field. With the beginning of the Carolina League era, the Mudcats will continue to provide quality and family-friendly entertainment at affordable prices. As the cornerstone of development in the Five County region, the Mudcats are poised to continue making memories for years to come.

MSquash is there for all, offering an academy structure for kids who want to achieve big things, social nights for adult squash and a junior fun membership for kids who want to get moving.
