Covenant Woods has been serving the needs of seniors in the Richmond area for more than 137 years. Today, in the beautiful natural environment of our 96 acre campus in Hanover County, we provide an amenities-rich community with extensive programs and services that contribute to the health and independence of those who live here. Covenant Woods is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation led by a volunteer Board. As a Life Plan Community, the majority of our residents reside in independent living apartments or cottages and lead active lives. It is the vision of Covenant Woods' leadership to provide a residential environment and a non-institutional service delivery program to meet the needs of older adults. Community Health Action of Staten Island

Community Health Action of Staten Island drives dramatic improvements in the health of Staten Islanders. In 1988, a group comprised of Staten Islanders who were concerned about the impact of AIDS on our community came together to address the stigma, the discrimination, and terrible conditions of people with AIDS on Staten Island. This group of activists, providers, family members, and people living with the virus to mount created the Staten Island AIDS Task Force. In 2004, we changed our name from the Staten Island AIDS Task Force to Community Health Action of Staten Island to reflect the expansion of our services as we respond to the evolving needs of the people we serve. Over the years, our services expanded. We now offer a wide range of services, including domestic violence counseling and intervention, a 24-hour resource and recovery center, alternatives to incarceration services, initiatives for the LGBTQ community and youth, peer education and syringe exchange, opioid overdose prevention trainings, HIV prevention education, benefits assistance for SNAP and health insurance enrollment, community-based HIV, hepatitis C and STD testing, a food pantry, and a mobile food pantry. The agency operates in neighborhoods with the highest rates of HIV, poverty and substance use. We also operate programs on Mobile Health Units, in NYS Correctional Facilities, at the Pride Center of Staten Island, and the Staten Island Family Justice Center.

Centre Hospitalier Nord Deux-Sèvres

Situé au nord du département des Deux-Sèvres (79), le Centre Hospitalier Nord Deux-Sèvres a vocation à desservir un bassin de population de 175 000 habitants. Depuis le mois de juin 2018 l'offre de soins de l'établissement est restructurée autour du site hospitalier de Faye l'Abbesse, en lien avec les sites de Thouars et de Parthenay. Le nouveau site hospitalier, revu pour être ajusté au mieux aux besoins de santé compte-tenu notamment de l'évolution des modes de prise en charge des patients est plus moderne et plus performant. Il regroupe les activités dites de court séjour (médecine, chirurgie, obstétrique), les activités relevant d'un plateau technique (blocs opératoires, laboratoire, pharmacie, imagerie médicale, etc…) et des lits de soins de suite et de réadaptation. Le parcours du patient est donc facilité. Le CHNDS propose également une offre de soins complète au niveau médico-social et en psychiatrie. Par ailleurs, le CH Nord Deux-Sèvres assure ses missions d'éducation et de prévention. Chaque année, près de 100 nouveaux professionnels, sortent de l'institut de formation en soins infirmiers (IFSI), et de formation des aides-soignants (IFAS) du CHNDS. Au 1er octobre 2020, le Centre hospitalier de Niort, le Centre Hospitalier Nord Deux-Sèvres et l'hôpital de Mauléon ont mis en place une direction commune avec pour projet de permettre à chaque établissement de mieux assurer sa mission au service de la population du département.
