Not imaginary sheep either - the genuine woolly animals! AAA Training Solutions

We’re specialists when it comes to helping English organisations access their invaluable Apprenticeship Levy pots to upskill their teams at all levels. We focus on apprenticeship management and assisting businesses in England who are subject to the Apprenticeship Levy. Our aim is to dispel the myth that apprenticeships are just for school leavers seeking a route into employment. They are in fact important to all in an organisation and employers can use them to unleash the talent they have within their current teams to help move their businesses forward. As specialists in health and social care, all our directors and key personnel have backgrounds in the sector and the team has an in-depth understanding of the industry’s training and apprenticeship requirements. Acknowledging that different providers have varying needs, we work with each individually to ensure the most appropriate training solutions are delivered. We’re on the Education and Skills Funding Agency’s (ESFA) Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) and organisations trust us to deliver their apprenticeships and the high-quality training they need including a comprehensive range of courses that run from Level 2 through to Level 5. Our work with national care providers includes delivering high quality Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) training and assessments within our Apprenticeship Programme. To add to this, we offer training and qualifications in Leadership and Management. Led by our highly-skilled CEO David Grant, we have a team of trainers and assessors nationwide. David has worked in the education and training industry since 1994 and held senior management positions within private, public and voluntary sector organisations. ​ His background has been in managing Education and Skills Funding Agenc​ies, ​working with the Welsh Assembly, Scottish Government, Department for Work and Pensions, NHS, local council and European Social Fund contracts.
