First Bermuda Asset Management provides access to World class comprehensive portfolio management. Are We Regulated? Yes. FBG is regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, which regularly monitors all savings and loans, investments, asset management and insurance business in Bermuda. First Bermuda Group is licensed in Bermuda under the Banks & Deposit Companies Act 1999, the Investment Business Act 2003 and the Insurance Act 1978. First Bermuda Securities (BVI) Ltd. provides a team of experienced investment brokers who offer brokerage access to international markets, and is a Broker/Dealer Member of the U.S. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and SIPC. First Bermuda Group is a Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).
